EDIT BY MARTIN: We now have a new Security Certificate. All should be ok now.
=========================
I finally got a chance to order All Access earlier on today, but when I clicked to go to the checkout, Firefox informed me that there was an issue with the store's security certificate & it strongly advised me not to proceed.
Is this a genuine problem, or just Firefox being overcautious?

Hi,
this seems to be a temporary problem. I have a coder who is currently making modifications on the store and I suppose he broke something. I will let him know right awat about this new problem. Thanks for reporting it.
Feel free to proceed with the order.
If yuo see the error message again, can you please do a screengrab and send it to me? I would like to send it to the coder. I tried to reproduce it here, but to no avail. I don't recieve the security error message in Firefox... All seem s OK from here.

Please hold your order.
I did tests today. The store is clearly broken.
I will post here as soon as it is fixed. It will be fixed this weekend.
Sorry for the trouble.

It's no trouble, Martin.
I'm just a bit on edge when I see things like that at the moment 'cos we've had a couple of customers at work who've been the subject of phishing attempts. Luckily they didn't fall for them.
The joys of working in a bank; you get paranoid!

Martin, I've just tried to order the DVD again & I'm still getting the pop-up about the certificate. I've tried to get a screengrab, but the browser doesn't seem to want to let me get it.
I've also noticed that the price has gone up $5 since yesterday!

I tried the process and indeed in Mozilla and Firefox the warning pops-up.
In IE 6 and 7 and also in Opera the certificate is accepted without any warning.
I tried to load the certificate of the authority mentioned in the ilovebianca.com certificate. But Firefox informed both the legacy and the new one have been already installed. So it seems to me there is some non-standard setting or way of implementation in the shop or the certificate itself.
Here are the window-grabs of the pop-up and the certificatef. They were made in Mozilla 1.7.13. (I installed this legacy version as I suppose the Czech texts from my Firefox wouldn't help you too much.) But anyway the windows in both browsers are similar. If you want the certificate details too, just let me know. Note:
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

This programmer told me he could install the addons without breaking anything... Looks like it was not the case after all.
back to the drawing board...
Thanks for the screenshots Rikapt.
I'll keep everyone posted on the development of this issue.

P.S.
Martin you don't have to make a purchase to make the pop-up appear. Just put anything into the basket and click Checkout.

I tried, and nothing shows up on my end. SO I don't know why for some people the certificate message appears, and for others it doesn't.
If the programmer doesn't fix things up today, I'm asking for a refund and I'm restoring a backup I did before he started working on the site.
